01Operator and scope
The platform uses the trading name Fiori Agency and the public contact [email protected] in Albania. The registered legal operator, registered address and registration number must be inserted before this draft becomes final terms.
These terms cover browsing agency information, submitting an enquiry or questionnaire, using an authorised client account, and accessing or uploading shared files. Please read them before using those features. A separate signed or otherwise agreed service contract governs the work you commission and takes priority on the scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule and project-specific rights, subject to mandatory law.
These draft terms are provided for review and do not by themselves amend an existing contract. The privacy policy explains data handling; reading it is not blanket consent to optional marketing or other unrelated processing.
02Enquiries, questionnaires and proposals
Provide accurate contact information and submit details only for a genuine enquiry. You must be authorised to act for a business if you submit information on its behalf.
Requesting an estimate, completing a questionnaire or seeing a recommended package does not place an order or create a paid subscription. Questionnaire recommendations are preliminary suggestions based on your answers. Website package examples and estimates require confirmation of the applicable scope, country, quantities, price and delivery arrangements.
The questionnaire saves unfinished answers on your device. Use Clear draft on a shared device if you do not want those answers left there. Successful submission sends the answers to our team and removes the local draft.
03Client accounts and access
Client access is arranged by the agency, including through an invitation or an account created for an authorised contact. The platform does not provide open client registration. Access depends on an active account with portal access enabled.
Protect your password, invitation and password-reset details. Use only accounts and records you are authorised to access, and tell us promptly about suspected misuse or inaccurate account information.
The client portal displays available subscriptions, contracts, invoices and notifications, and provides language and password settings. Contact our team for changes to client details, billing, cancellation or renewal; those actions are not all available as self-service controls.
04Agreed services and client materials
The agency offers content and social media work, advertising, creative production, SEO/GEO and web services, and hospitality or OTA support. Only services included in your agreed scope are commissioned. Ad spend, third-party platform charges, production expenses, deadlines and approval arrangements must be addressed in that agreement where relevant.
Provide materials, access permissions and approvals needed for the agreed work. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful permissions necessary to supply content, logos, images, contact details and other project materials.
Uploading material does not transfer its ownership to us. You authorise the handling needed to carry out your instructions, including storage, previews, project work and sharing with the intended recipients. Ownership and licensing of commissioned deliverables, source files and third-party assets are determined by your service agreement and the relevant licences.
05Subscriptions, invoices and payment
Subscriptions record the agreed services and quantities, total contract price, duration and billing interval. Billing is recorded in euros. The agreed contract and invoice identify the amount due, payment instructions and due date; contact us about discrepancies before relying on a displayed record.
The platform creates prepaid period invoices. For an initial subscription, the first payment recorded by the agency sets the service start date in the system. Later periods follow the billing schedule. An unpaid invoice can pause generation of further invoices, and overdue payment can mark the service as past due. Any suspension of actual work must follow the service agreement and applicable law.
The client billing workflow does not charge a stored card or make an automatic bank debit. Payment is arranged using the agreed payment instructions, and the agency records the payment date and method. A dashboard status alone is not proof that a bank transaction has completed.
06Renewals, cancellations and refunds
Automatic renewal is an optional subscription setting shown in the client portal. When enabled, the system can prepare a subsequent term and invoice before the current term ends, using the recorded duration, services and price. This creates billing records; it does not automatically take payment.
A renewal must be supported by your agreement with the agency. Contact the team to request cancellation or a renewal-setting change within the notice period in your contract. If no period has been agreed, ask the team to confirm the arrangements before the term ends. Signing out or ceasing to use the portal does not cancel a service.
Refund eligibility, cancellation charges and the treatment of completed work depend on the agreed contract and mandatory law. No blanket no-refund rule or additional cancellation fee is created by these terms. The system can record a refund, but the actual repayment must be arranged separately through the payment method agreed with you.
07Shared files, transfers and uploads
Use shared links only for their intended purpose and share them only with authorised recipients. A public Drive link can give anyone holding it access to the shared folder and its accessible contents. If uploads are enabled, an uploaded file can be visible to other holders of the same link. Do not treat a shared folder as a private submission inbox.
Transfers may expire or require a download password. Transfer titles, messages and file metadata are accessible through the link even where downloads require a password. Keep confidential information out of those labels and send any password through an appropriate separate channel.
Keep your own copies of important files. Transfer expiry and Drive sharing are not an archival or backup service. Removing a link cannot recall downloaded copies, and previously issued download URLs can remain valid until they expire. Link expiry does not itself delete Drive files.
Upload only content you are entitled to share, within the limits shown by the platform. Do not upload malware, unlawful material or content that infringes privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights. Files are not guaranteed to be free of harmful content; use appropriate care when opening them.
08Acceptable use
When using the platform, you must not:
- Impersonate another person, submit deceptive enquiries or provide contact details without authority.
- Attempt to access another client’s information or bypass passwords, permissions, sharing limits or rate limits.
- Disrupt the service, send abusive traffic, distribute malicious code or use public uploads for unrelated storage.
- Reuse website text, designs or other protected materials beyond permission granted by their owner or applicable law.
09Availability and external services
Access can be affected by maintenance, faults, network interruptions or external providers. Files and links may be removed or access restricted when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect information, comply with law or administer an account under the agreed contract.
External advertising, social, search and hospitality platforms apply their own rules and may change their systems. Any specific performance or availability commitment must be in your service agreement. Website examples and preliminary recommendations do not guarantee rankings, bookings, leads, revenue or advertising results.
Neither these terms nor a technical limitation removes responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for a particular service, including any agreed liability terms, is governed by the applicable contract and law.
10Ending access and handling records
Contact us if you no longer need an account or service. Account access may be disabled independently of the underlying service or invoice records. Disabling an account does not cancel an invoice, settle a debt, delete retained records or transfer intellectual-property rights.
The privacy policy describes record retention and data requests. Request copies of documents you need while access is available, or contact us for assistance. Applicable access and privacy rights continue after an account is disabled.
11Questions, disputes and updates
Send questions, billing disputes and concerns about files or access to [email protected], with the relevant enquiry, account, invoice or transfer reference. Do not include your password.
Applicable law and any valid jurisdiction terms in your service contract govern disputes. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections, data protection rights or the right to approach a competent authority or court.
The date on this page identifies this review version. Any final update must be communicated appropriately and cannot silently change an existing negotiated service contract. Where a change requires agreement, that agreement must be obtained separately.
